1. Who this policy covers
Uply Family is provided by WeCredify LLC (“Uply”, “we”, “us”). It helps families record responsibilities, rewards, choices and progress. Uply is an accounting and learning tool; it does not hold, transfer or settle real money.
A Parent creates and manages the Family. Children use parent-managed Child profiles and do not need to provide an email address or phone number.
2. Information we collect
Parent and Family details
Parent name, verified email address, authentication identifiers, Family name, membership and role information.
Parent-managed Child profile
Child nickname, age and selected avatar. We do not ask a Child profile for an email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or biometric information.
Family activity
Activities, habits, approvals, notes, achievements, Study records, Family Agreements, Savings Goals, simulated Family Money, Growth Points, privileges, rewards and related history.
Device, security and reliability data
Linked-device and installation identifiers, notification tokens, authorization status, coarse app environment, privacy-bounded crash codes and stack locations. Crash reports are designed to exclude names, free-form content, balances, authentication tokens and device credentials.
3. Why we use information
- Provide and synchronize the private Family experience.
- Authenticate Parents and protect role and Child-device boundaries.
- Process approvals, rewards, balances and Family history consistently.
- Deliver requested Family notifications.
- Detect abuse, prevent duplicate operations and maintain security.
- Diagnose reliability failures using privacy-limited crash information.
- Respond to export, correction, support and deletion requests.
4. When information is disclosed
We do not sell Family data, use it for behavioral advertising or show advertising in Uply. We use service providers, including Google Firebase services, to host, secure, synchronize and operate the app on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users, rights and service security.
5. Children and Parent control
Parents create and supervise Child profiles, decide which devices may enter Child Mode, and control Family rules and approvals. Uply supports Child profiles from age 6 through 17. The initial launch country is India.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed to provide the Family service and meet security, integrity and legal obligations. A Family deletion request ends Parent and Child access immediately and schedules the inaccessible Family record for permanent purge after 30 days.
A non-Owner Parent may delete their own account. Their display name is neutralized where historical Family decisions must remain understandable and consistent. Security or deletion receipts may be retained only as needed for abuse prevention, legal compliance and proof of deletion.
See the account-deletion instructions.
7. Your choices
Eligible Parents can export Family data, correct profile information, disable notifications, revoke linked devices, delete a non-Owner Parent account or request deletion of the entire Family. Family export and deletion require recent Parent verification.
8. Security and international processing
We use encrypted transport, managed cloud security, server-side authorization, short-lived device linking, revocable Child-device access and replay-safe transactions. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside a user’s country, subject to the safeguards required for the approved launch regions.
9. Contact and changes
Privacy and support questions may be sent to dedungana@gmail.com.
Effective date: 28 August 2026. We will update this policy when our practices materially change.
